Employer description: Go Inspire is an award-winning marketing communications performance partner who works closely with an array of blue-chip clients and are involved in a variety of sectors (including telecoms, finance, and retail to name but a few). The group comprises four businesses: Solutions, CX, Eclipse and Connect. Our main activities include producing highly variable communications leveraging industry leading Quadient based technologies for omnichannel outputs. Primarily we produce printed communications but are also heavily involved in producing digital communications which include e-mail, personalised microsites, and SMS messaging. Overview: We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Software Development - Level 3 Apprenticeship. The company culture is good, and this role is to join a close-knit team of seven other developers of mixed ability and experience (Some junior, some middleweight, some senior) in this role. A lot of the skills learnt as part of this apprenticeship may not be directly related to some of the tasks, they will be involved in but will leave them in great stead to move into other areas within the business that leverage these skills more often, such as the transactional team (automation) or professional services team (web, SQL and complex Quadient projects). The role: This role is to find someone to sit within the Digital Studio team who will be working primarily using Quadient technology to produce communication outputs. This role is not a standard developer role and involves the use of design software and processing data using in-house tools. Responsibilities:

You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject. You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programmes offer on-going development tracks.
