Overview: We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Data Analyst - Level 3 Apprenticeship. The Role: Working within our Environmental division, you will provide administrative and secretarial support whilst learning on the job. As an apprentice, you will receive regular support within your day-to-day learning from your line manager alongside the apprenticeship provider. Duties will include: [but are not limited to:] Answering the main phone line Handling and responding to general correspondence including via letter, telephone, email or professional and social media platforms Updating and maintaining CRM System Registering and screening new candidates Adding labour bookings to the system Chasing Timesheets Liaising with consultants to advise on credit limits Formatting documents Creating a variety of documents including excel spreadsheets, job advertisements, word documents and PowerPoint Presentations Core Competencies: Willingness to learn new skills Ability to priority & organise workload Passion for marketing across all platforms Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good understanding of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook Entry requirements: The entry requirements for this programme are as follows: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. Future prospects: 92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programmes offer on-going development tracks.
