Chef – Do you have a passion for food and making creative dishes? As a chef you’ll make a range of dishes from starters, mains and desserts all to a high quality to meet customer expectations.

Waiting and Service – Are you always smiley and happy? Waiting and service staff need to be. You’ll often be the first point of contact for customers make their experience an exceptional one. You’ll prepare drinks, take orders, deliver food to the table and ensure everyone is happy and enjoying their meal. You will also deal with bill payments and take bookings over the phone and in person.

Supervisor – As a supervisor you’ll need to motivate your team, deal with complaints and ensure the customer is happy with the way their complaint with dealt with and returns.

Kitchen assistant – Kitchen assistants wash dishes and ensure they are stored correctly. They also help prepare starters, desserts and salads, peel, chop and cut food and clean sides, floors and equipment.
