The Client:
Our client is an IT Managed Service Provider who service a vast and varied customer base in and around Portsmouth

The Role:
This role is to remotely support a wide range of customers and understand how and when to escalate issues.

Working as part of the Level 1 team on the Service Desk you will be:

• To provide excellent customer care and support through efficient and organised ticket management
• Providing Skill Level 1 resolution to incidents and requests, and appropriately escalating all other
• Ticket triage – assessing ticket priorities and escalating when required
• Liaising with third parties and customers with regard to incident resolution and requests

The Person:

• Good telephone manager
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Enthusiasm for IT
• Hard working and self motivated
