The role of HR Apprentice will assist with the compliance and administration within the HR Department to ensure that the Company meet their legal and regulatory requirements.

  • To ensure that all personal data held on the P drive matches the IBMS system
  • To ensure that the IBMS personnel data is accurate and maintained at all times
  • To ensure that our security data base is updated on a regular basis with starters and leavers
  • To ensure that all security vetting reports are received within a 12 week period and are saved to the p drive along with details updated on the security tracker
  • To conduct regular reviews of our employees right to work documents to ensure that the Company are compliant and escalating any visa’s or passports that are due to expire to the Junior HR Business Partner
  • To administer starter/leaver processes including all documentation, contracts, offer letters, induction processes and exit interviews.
  • Immigration Documentation checks including new starters and existing employees/employee lifecycle.
  • To work in partnership with HR and Payroll teams to ensure data records are consistently and accurately maintained.
  • To prepare all contracts/letters for any changes to employee terms and conditions.
  • To support the implementation of HR Systems; to enter data and maintain these accordingly.
  • To provide general administration support to the HR Department as required including filing, answering the telephone, scanning, photocopying and emails.
