The role is within the Cashiers team, which forms part of the Operations team within Partnership Finance. You will assist in the processing of day to day transactions and ensuring compliance with SAR’s.
Complete daily task list, which includes:
Ensure bank mandates are kept up dated
Data collection for incorrect expenses errors
Reviewing expenses to ensure compliance to policy
Responsible for checking and collection of duplicate expense claims
Assist with SRA accounts rules audit
Produce bills not yet dispatched report
Completion of monthly consolidated bank reconciliations
Adhoc administration tasks
Skills and experience
Ideally, you will have experience of working within a Finance department of a medium/large legal firm although this is not essential
Good communication and administration skills
Able to draft accurate and well-written communication using correct vocabulary and grammar
Verbally communicate in clear, concise and logical manner
High attention to detail and accurate processing skills
Effective team player skills – demonstrate positive and cooperative interaction with team members
Ability to prioritise
Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade A-C including Maths and English
