Apprenticeship summary

Duties to include:

  • Assist in the day to day running of the administration team within the contract
  • Undertake data entry of financial payments and statements for suppliers and sub-contractors using the company specific system
  • Provide good customer service to clients, general public, staff, suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Assist in keeping the office tidy and in good order
  • General admin duties including photocopying, typing, upkeep of various contract administration documents
  • Support the QSHE Team with statistic collation and reporting
  • Responsibility for the electronic update of key operations documents in a timely manner
  • Dealing with ad hoc management requests
  • Provide admin support to all service departments
  • Assist all service departments when required
  • Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in

  • Have a good basic education with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a good knowledge of different software packages, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
