About this opportunity
A varied role within a busy organisation based in Trafford Park. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering the phone, meeting and greeting etc. The role will develop and become both admin and customer service based.
A normal day would include:
• Answering the phone
• Handling enquiries
• Dealing with online enquiries
• Contacting customers
• Taking messages
• Booking jobs in
• Letting customers know when cars are ready
• Invoicing
• Administration
• All front of house duties
