Customer Service

Be the first line of contact for all customer queries and requests
Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills
Effectively present and discuss our service to existing and potential customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and understanding of customer needs
Be an integral part of the internal team managing the workflow to meet customer deadlines
Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate a satisfactory resolution
Review quotations and other documentation produced for accuracy before submitting to the customer
Communicate effectively with internal operational team, UK sales team to guarantee that customer objectives are met and all potential sales avenues are discussed
Follow systems and procedures in line with the requirements of the Company
Participate as a key team player by managing our internal department as needed
Taking card payments over the phone

General & Administrative

Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that all customer objectives are met
Comply with all company policies and procedures in line with the requirements of the business
Compile and maintain accurate records and paperwork where required
Maintain excellent department housekeeping standards
Complete filing, photocopying and scanning duties as required
preparing mail for collection and distributing
Learn how to handle invoices and the processes that are required
Be able to respond to requests by email that support customer service
Be able to respond to requests by phone that support customer service
Stock control and ordering
Packing and dispatch of parts to customers
Arrange collection from customers
Entering and managing jobs on the system
Managing and maintaining stock levels of parts
Updating customer databases
Updating of the contract list data base and service admin log
