We are looking for a bright individual to work across our administration, marketing and sales department. The role will consist of speaking to customers, updating customers on progress, administration duties and general marketing duties.
We want an individual to join our established and growing business, with a view to progressing into a permanent position and to prosper, possibly into an Account Manager role.

Role description:
Handling external calls to the office politely and updating customers on the progress of jobs
Assisting in managing customer accounts
Helping to support other teams with general duties and digital assistance as and when required
Supporting the Sales team
We will support you to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, to produce and maintain presentations, records, spread sheets and databases
You will learn to use our own bespoke system
Organisation, storage and file management of documents
You will provide ad-hoc project support for the wider business
Develop and maintain Social Media profiles for the business
We will support you to develop new ideas to promote the business using social media/website
You will learn to update the company website to promote the company and its products
Assist with marketing campaigns
Draft output for digital communications

Qualifications required
