TAY Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an ‘Apprentice Administrative ’ to join their expanding team based in Bristol. TAY Recruitment have vast experience in recruiting for all sectors of the Construction industry.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday (30 hours per week) over various shifts between 8am – 5pm. You will be given dedicated support from your YMCA Tutor to achieve your Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification
Key duties:
- Assisting with the resourcing of labour
- Registering operatives and managing operatives data
- Answering and making telephone calls to operatives
- Assisting the payroll manager
- Dealing with post, filing and organising other general administration duties
- Working with existing office systems
- Use work and excel
The successful candidate:
- Must have a mature attitude, be polite and a team player
- Some experience working or being around Business Administration
- Work towards gaining a Level 2 Business Administration
- Ideally will have GCSE Maths and English grade A-E or equivalen
