We are looking for a confident and practically-minded person to join our team, undertaking varied tasks in a busy office environment. Superb opportunity to expand your skills and experience in Business Administration, with this well-respected local company.
Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
Total hours per week: 40.00

Advanced Level Apprenticeship
Dealing with customer queries/orders/enquiries, over the phone and by e-mail
Routine admin- filing, copying, printing, sorting in-coming and out-going mail
Liaising with team members and the directors as required
Updating and creating Microsoft Office documents
Stock organisation and control
Any other duties commensurate with the role
Requirements and prospects
Competent use of Microsoft office programmes including Excel
Good communications skills- verbal and written
Accurate at data input, with great attention to detail
Sales/customer service experience an advantage
Due to location, driver with access to a vehicle is ideal
Confident and outgoing personality
Motivated and keen to learn
Team player with a helpful attitude
Comfortable in busy environments
Well-presented person who takes pride in their work
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Permanent position on completion, for the successful candidate.
Things to consider
Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.70 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
