We are looking for a go getting, professional and self-motivated candidate to work as an administrator within our established footwear retailer.

As the Apprentice Business Administrator you will report to the Manager and Senior Administrator.
You will learn to become an efficient member of the team, processing orders and invoices ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner.
You will be supported and learn to maintain stock and produce stock reports using relevant company systems to help complete and record stock inventory.
You will process orders from start to finish whilst maintaining a high level of customer service when dealing with queries and orders
You will have excellent phone manners and be able to communicate to a high standard via email when assisting the administration team.
You will also assist in the generating of sales using various multi-channel E commerce platforms.
This is a multi-faceted role offering the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience across the company within the fashion sector.
You will create listings assist in website design and updates.
Assist in buying choices for forthcoming seasons.
Be given responsibilities within social media, updating feeds such as Twitter Facebook, etc.
Understand customer service from a shop floor experience.
Pay: £180 – £190 per week ( £5.14 to £5.42 per hour)
- English and Maths GCSE A-C
- Experience of using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Any important other information: The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
