Based within the Customer Experience Team you will be working with others to handle inbound telephone calls from our customers, many of whom are older adults, who have a range of issues including:
– Faulty goods
– Replacing items
– Requesting to be removed from mailing lists
– Questions about our products
Many customers write in to the company, rather than call, so you will be dealing with inbound mail, which is expected to be of a very high standard.
You will be responding to customer queries about products and services purchased from Easylife, a direct mail, newspaper and online retailer. Contact types will include telephone, email and letter so you will need to be computer literate and confident talking to people.
Position Type: Apprenticeship
Working Week : Mon-Fri 0845-1800 hours with 1 hour for breaks per day (41.25 hours per week)
Weekly Wage : £185.63
