Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
This amazing opportunity has arisen for an ethusiastic and willing to learn individual to join our team. As part of this role full training will be given throughout with additional dedicated support from our partner training provider Interserve Learning & Employment.
Day to day activities working in an office environment as part of a small team engaging with customers over the telephone to provide financial advice and debt solutions for individuals.
Becoming a vital part of the team your duties will include;
Responding to enquiries
Fact finding activities
Completing financial reviews with new and existing clients
Manage electronic filing and systems
Maintain management information systems
Requirements and prospects
Excellent communication skills including ability to listen
Clear verbal communication and good telephone manner
Attention to detail
Good IT skills
Able to demonstrate confidentiality
Able to demonstrate empathy towards others
Able to follow instructions
Must have A*- C GCSE’s or equivalent in maths and English.
On completion of the apprenticeship there maybe the opportunity to progress onto an advanced / higher apprenticeship within financial sector.

There is onsite parking available. If you use public transport the bus number 17 (TfGM) Rochdale- Manchester route is within very close proximity.

Induction and on the job in house training will be provided by the management and existing staff at Debt Correct. As part of the apprenticeship programme you will also receive 20% off the job training where you will be able to consolidate your learning, this will be supported by our dedicated training provider Interserve Learning & Employment.
