The opportunity
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Global Finance Team based in Richmond. This role will be providing vital transactional support and have daily exposure to each of our offices (UK, USA, and India).

You will work alongside, and support, Partners and other colleagues; this close proximity to senior leadership will give you invaluable insight into our work and that of our clients. You will work with members of the global organisation (in offices that span New York, London, Mumbai and Singapore).

This is an ideal role for someone seeking exposure to the world across a diversity of sectors and levels; ideal candidates would enjoy the rigour of working in the corporate sector while having the flexibility and motivation of being mission-driven and entrepreneurial.

Main responsibilities
Accounts Payable. Input invoices on to the Netsuite Accounts System on a timely basis.
Accounts Receivable. Create client fee invoices and liaise with clients to ensure prompt payment.
Review the documentation on Expensify, and ensure coding is consistent. Liaising with the Programmes team & Associates as required.
Bank Reconciliations. Complete monthly bank reconciliations as part of the month-end process.
Update New Supplier details on the Netsuite Accounting system and prepare supplier reconciliations f0r our Top 5 suppliers.
Prepare the weekly Payment Run, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
