Job overview / purpose:
This is a 12-14 month IT Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship that will help you develop your real world skills in the most popular and leading digital technologies.
The Service Desk Administrator Apprentice will:
- Train and work alongside the Service Desk Administrator
- Be the first point of contact for all customer support issues and requests
- Carry out Office Administration across all aspects of the business
The role will develop to provide effective First Line IT Support Assistance across all aspects of the business as well as providing back up and support to the Head of Support.

Desired qualification requirements:
3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above.
5 days per week,
8:30am to 4pm,
Shift cover available (7am to 4:30am / 9:30am to 7pm),
32.5hrs per week
£220 per week

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
