Do you want to work for the most successful Childcare provider in the U.K? At Busy Bees we are recruiting for Early Years Educator Apprentices to join our friendly and dynamic team. You will receive highly rated qualifications and a personal training mentor to ensure you reach your potential. If you are passionate about pursuing a career in childcare, and want to work for the best Nursery provider in the UK then we want to hear from you! The Role: During your training you will be required to gain a good knowledge of child development to ensure that all the children’s individual needs are fully met. You will be involved in the planning of the activities in the room to create and develop a stimulating environment in order to provide a high level of quality childcare whilst maintaining a professional and positive outcome for both children and staff. This involves working closely with the Qualified Early Years Educators in order to meet the curriculum requirements. Assisting children with personal care routines.
Working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
A full time permanent role as an Early Years Educator within one of our Nurseries.

Training to be provided?
Children and Young People’s Work Force (CYP) Level 2 •Working 30 hours per week in a nursery setting whilst receiving on the job training from a fully qualified training officer. •The apprenticeship framework consists of practical assessments, knowledge based units and training in maths, English and ICT. •Future prospects / progression available after completing training.
Expected Apprenticeship Duration: Level 2: 13 months
Skills & Qualifications required:
The successful candidate will ideally hold GCSE maths and English at grade A-C. A desire to work with children
Strong communication skills, creative, caring and engaging.
