About the employer
Our objective is to provide a well-equipped and well staffed nursery that will cater for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 10 years. Our aim is to provide a warm, friendly atmosphere and a wide variety of experiences for all children in our care. This means that your child will benefit not only from expert physical care by fully trained and experienced staff, but also from a carefully planned programme of activities specially designed to meet the needs of each age group within the nursery. We are continually reviewing our methods to ensure continual improvement in the quality of our child care provision. Our facilities are available to each child irrespective of ethnic origin, gender or special needs. The individual needs of each child will be the first consideration.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), a government framework for learning, development and care for children from birth to five. Its purpose is to provide all children with the best possible learning opportunities and experiences to help each child reach their full potential. Each child will have an ‘individual learning journal’ which enables staff to record and monitor their achievements in each of the areas highlighted within the EYFS. This also gives us the chance to record and remember the little things as well as the big achievements each child makes.
