Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Your role will be based in Westbury Parl where you will learn to deliver excellent customer service in a front of house position. You will receive on going support and development that will equip you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career within customer service.
If you are a successful candidate for this position, you will be trained to provide a positive and efficient service to the customer.
Some of your duties might be to:
Talk to a huge array of customers
Find the best service for the needs of the customer
Update the internal computer systems
Carry out general typing and administrations duties
File documents securely

Your training will be provided by learndirect one of the largest training organisations in the UK. They help train over 20,000 apprentices each year.
Requirements and prospects
You will need good communication skills, and good computer abilities with the ability to work in a team environment.
It is useful for you to have a good knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word.
You will be a polite, presentable and articulate individual.
You should be able to engage with clients and work to schedules.
You will need to be confident on the phone and face to face.
This role involves dealing with a variety of clients and the right candidate must be able to put the customer first and deliver the highest standard of customer service ensuring clients needs are put first and they have a warm friendly welcome upon entering the salon.
GCSE English and maths at grade C plus or equivalent is preferred.
When you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship you may be given the opportunity to continue in your role or progress onto an alternative support role within the company where you will receive full training and support.
