Duties will include:

  • Inputting client and candidate data on to the recruitment database
  • Answering telephone and taking messages
  • General administration including preparing documents, and general data entry
  • Sending emails, and supporting the team of consultants
  • Preparation of word documents
  • Updating spreadsheets, typing letters from templates, and formatting CV’s
  • Using Microsoft Office packages
  • Updating of Social Media
