Advanced Level Apprenticeship
Use photography and videography skills to create original client and brand content
Creating creative and on-brand content for clients and in-house brands in a timely fashion
Schedule client content using appropriate platform (Sprout, GAIN or Later)
Supporting the social media team with daily tasks
Manage growth strategies for your assigned client
Creating monthly client reports
Identifying new trends in social media marketing
Creating and updating client crib sheets so each client has set fonts, colours and styles used
Assisting with content creation and scheduling as required
Attending industry shows and identifying potential new client
You will be expected to:
Show drive, enthusiasm, positivity, determination, innovation and invention in tackling your duties
Pro-actively and respectfully liaise at all times with other departments and department heads
Assist the Directors as and where required in the management and operation of the business
Requirements and prospects
Effective customer service skills
Able to work well in a team
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Possible progression to level 4 and full-time employment for the right candidate
Things to consider
The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.70 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £5.90 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.38 for 21-24 year olds and £7.83 for anyone aged 25 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Combined with knowledge and skills gained in the workplace, the Digital Marketer apprenticeship programme will provide an understanding into the fundamentals of marketing, digital business principles and the principles of coding. Training will be provided via outstanding classroom training, dedicated workplace mentorship and on-the job experience.
The apprenticeship will include:
BCS Level 3 Digital Marketer Diploma
Google Analytics Individual Qualification
You will also be able to join the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) as an affiliate member and join the British Computing Society (BCS) as an associate member
Training and Assessment:
Troughout the apprenticeship, you will be required to attend your local academy for training sessions
You will attend a four-day synoptic assessment at the end of your course
Your dedicated mentor will visit you in the workplace approximately every 6-8 weeks
Online support for modules will be provided for you to complete outside of work
The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace.
