Made Product Developments Ltd design and manufacture clever leading-edge equipment. You will become a uniquely skilled engineer gaining extensive practical and technical knowledge across the complete range of product design and engineering.
A normal day would include:
Supporting with product design and manufacturing activities
Developing knowledge of site technical processes and systems
Inspecting components to check compliance drawings or specifications
Building prototypes and test technical solutions to assist during product design
Learn to test, assess, repair or refurbish returned products and writing quality reports
Developing your skills to understand and interpret a wide range of technical specifications and drawings – this will lead to you becoming competent in the production of technical drawings and documentation for shop floor manufacture
Working correctly at all times to the company environmental, quality and H&S procedures
Producing and maintaining accurate records in accordance with role requirements
The role has significant office based elements, but will involve working with shop floor manufacturing and product design. Your aim will be to become fully competent to provide technical support for any engineering or manufacturing requests as a full member of the technical team.
Made Product Developments Ltd design and manufacture products used in industries across the world such as civil engineering, security and other wide ranging industries.

What you should have to apply
The successful candidate will have achieved GCSE minimum Grade C in Maths, English, IT and science. Knowledge and experience of computer packages is required

Willing to travel overseas and manage major customer projects
Ability to work in a logical organised manner

Able to work safely in the workshop and in physical manual work
Able to interpret drawings and technical information
Ability to work effectively, efficiently and safely to schedules and deadlines
