Working to the highest standards in order to provide our customers with the best Aftermarket support in the industry is essential. Knowledge of the construction / plant hire industry or similar role is advantageous however self-motivation, organisation, and the desire to exceed customer’s expectations would be the minimum requirement.
Assisting in a busy office environment and reporting to the Parts Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible to drive the Parts sales and Dealing directly with customers & assisting in the day to day today running of the Parts Department. A “can do” attitude is a must.
You must be eligible for the National Apprenticeship Scheme as you will be professionally trained both in house by ourselves and at our training school and also by an appointed,officially recognised training provider. These are real opportunities potentially leading to full employment for the right candidates.
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customers and telephone enquiries
• Counter and Telephone Sales Incoming & Outgoing
• Following up Parts Enquiries and Quotations
• Continually Develop and update your product Knowledge
• Research Parts
• Maintaining and Developing new and existing customer relationships
• Complete all necessary paperwork
• Handling of Deliveries and Orders
• Ensuring a high Standard of customer care and Service
• This position is a vital element in the Parts operation.
