This role is an ideal insight and opportunity to gain experience within a Legal services Finance team.
The role is required as an administrative support to the Billing functions within the London Partnership Finance team. These function areas are primarily responsible for using the Firm’s practice management system to make billing updates and edits.
The role will include (but not limited to):
Opening of post and filing of relevant paperwork.
Day-to-day billing support of Billing Team
Amending, authorising, printing bills
Collating documentation to go with bills
Updating information within GPMS/Incept
The role would provide the opportunity for:
Reviewing and dispatching of client bills to the clients. This will include e-bills.
Chase outstanding draft bills (to include outstanding timesheets)
Producing periodic reports
The role will require good communication along with good time management skills.
The role will require numeracy, attention to detail, accurate processing skills and the ability to perform checks in accordance with processes
No previous work experience required
5 GCSE’s grade A-C including Maths and English
2 AS-levels (or equivalent) grade A-C
