As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be working directly for senior managers, helping to provide expertise whilst gaining valuable experience. This is an extremely varied role where you will be required to bring Business Analyst skills and broader business acumen to support a number of critical projects..

Key responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analysing business requirements to design system improvement plans
  • Digital process mapping to promote effective use of technology
  • Report writing and presenting to clients
  • Manage and deliver business change
  • Manage compliance within the business

  • Ideally a business degree graduate with ambitions to succeed in a consulting environment
  • Good business acumen
  • Can demonstrate attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with a high level of integrity, reliability and customer focus
  • A confident and impactful communicator both written and verbal
  • Possesses gravitas and comfortable being in front of clients and senior managers
  • Is a self-starter and capable of working through tasks and activities
  • Well presented with a smart appearance


  • 8 GCSEs A-C and 3 A-levels (including science) or equivalent


  • £14,469 per annum

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
