This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent school or college leaver who has an interest in the motor vehicle industry and is looking to start their career within the vehicle industry.
The key duties will be:
Meeting and greeting customers and dealing with telephone enquiries
Scheduling bookings onto the diary system and allocating courtesy cars
Preparing job cards, recording service history, updating customer information
Ensuring sufficient credit is available before works is carried out
Processing payments, ensuring verification is completed where required
Preparing invoices and credit notes
Weekly checks of courtesy cars
Advising where required on any further or future works
Liaising with management and other departments
Following company guidelines – Health and Safety/Quality Policies

The minimum entry requirements for any apprenticeship programme are:
GCSE Level A – C (new grades 9 – 4), or equivalent, in English, Maths and Science.
Expected Duration: 24 Months
Throughout your apprenticeship you will be working to achieve nationally recognised qualifications and brand specific certifications. These include Levels 2 and 3 VCQs and VRQs (SVQs and SRQs in Scotland) or NVQs depending on your qualification path.
Each qualification path is provided for you at the start of your course so that you can understand how the course breaks down and the elements that you need to complete to achieve success.
