Building Your Career
Whichever manufacturer you work for through your apprenticeship programme, you will become an ambassador for that brand. Babcock works in partnership with our customers so that we understand their brand values and pass them on to all of the apprentices. Apprentices will also benefit from receiving training on the latest products from each of the automotive retailers and manufacturers; using the latest technology and quite often getting an early look at new models to the market. These apprenticeship programmes are quite simply the best in the business and one of the best places to start your career.
Skills Required :
We are looking for the best and brightest to join our apprenticeship programmes. When you are working for one of the UK’s leading car manufacturers you need to have the drive to succeed, a commitment to your learning journey and a passion for your work.
The minimum entry requirements for any apprenticeship programme are:
GCSE Level A – C (new grades 9 – 4), or equivalent, in English, Maths and Science.
Expected Duration: 24 Months
Throughout your apprenticeship you will be working to achieve nationally recognised qualifications and brand specific certifications. These include Levels 2 and 3 VCQs and VRQs (SVQs and SRQs in Scotland) or NVQs depending on your qualification path.
Each qualification path is provided for you at the start of your course so that you can understand how the course breaks down and the elements that you need to complete to achieve success.
