Description of the job
Our UK Graduate Programmes provide exceptional graduates the opportunity to master managerial and technical skills. Over the 2/3 year period it combines rotational placements with focused training and the possibility of European assignments as well as further personal development and the chance to build your professional network.
From day one, you will be assigned to a particular department and will be guided through the various placement opportunities that exist within your function, the wider business and even with customers and suppliers. This, along with training provided works to ensure you are ready and experienced enough to take the next step of your career following the programmes conclusion.
EYNRU is part of the Integrated Systems Shared Resources Domain, based mainly in Toulouse. The role is to provide shared computing and data concentration resources (I/O – Input/Output – for systems). From an Aircraft programme perspective the main links are with the Fuel and Landing Gear teams, providing support for the integration of applications and their ongoing development. A major element is the lead of the CRDC workpackage, which is the latest piece of equipment (from the domain) installed on the A350.
A significant element is related to R&T, investigating the expansion of the shared resources perimeter, with a view to optimise the avionics platform definition. The primary topic within EYNRU is the management of the I/O (Input/Output) – including fibre optics, and support to other systems teams requiring avionics expertise (including systems installation related activities with the Wing of the Future team).
Our Graduates are expected to contribute to both the programme activities and R&T, so experience will be gained on the industrial aspects and the future vision. The programme related activities can be high pressure, with tight timescales, and Graduates are expected to contribute as a full team member.
As part of your Engineering Graduate Programme you’ll have the option to enrol on to our Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering, allowing you to further build upon your technical skills, knowledge and business understanding, whilst aligning with competencies as specified by the UK
The Postgraduate Diploma is gained through a combination of academic lectures and project-based work, where the qualification you will obtain through this programme is a key milestone on the path towards registration as a Chartered Engineer.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated to either degree level (2:1 or above) or accredited MEng or equivalent within one the following disciplines; Engineering, Science and Maths.

– Fluid Mechanics – Fluids and Thermodynamics – Systems Design and Integration – Power Electronics – Control Systems – Digital Circuits and Systems – Embedded and Real Time Systems – Programming in C / C++ / Java
– Completed internship / work experience within Engineering – Proven team working ability – Modelling – MATLAB / Simulink – CFD – Flowmaster –
Requirements Based Engineering – Visual Basic – Microsoft Office Applications
