Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
This a 12 month fixed term contract. Your role as an office assistant will be based within our Business Services team in our Honeybourne office, where you’ll be providing office support. You’ll receive ongoing support and development that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career within business administration.
If you’re a successful candidate for this vacancy, you’ll be expected to provide an efficient administration service.
Your duties could include:
Providing support to the wider operations services team
Stationary ordering and stock control
Locating and delivering archived files, documents and deeds
Sending and delivering faxes
Photocopying and document preparation
Delivering internal and external mail
Collecting, franking, opening and sorting mail
Business administration is a really varied area so this is just a sample of some of the things you’ll be doing.
Requirements and prospects
You should be highly organised
Have confidence with IT
Excellent communication skills

Keen to learn and progress
Looking for a great career starter.
GCSE English and maths at grade C plus or equivalent is preferred but not essential
When you’ve successfully completed your Apprenticeship, you may be given the opportunity to continue in your role or progress onto an alternative support role within the company where you’ll receive full training and support.
