A varied position to include the following:
The primary objectives of the Practitioner Experience Assistant is to provide support administrative and processing functions. You will be based primarily in an office environment where you will be expected to work as part of a team as well as independently and with initiative. You will be highly compliant with particularly strong attention to detail.
Updating online advertisements through various online portals and social media
Printing, photocopying and laminating required documents
Print and prepare all documents for interviews
Recording minutes for meetings
Filing information using appropriate system (online/manual)
Supporting staff with online systems
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation. This job description will be updated as and when the role changes or develops in line with company activities and role requirements.

Experience & Qualifications required as a minimum:

An Practitioner Experience Assistant will;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Positive and friendly manner
• Strong communication skills
• No previous experience in an office environment is required
