As Business and Administration Apprentice you will join the Case Resolution Team within the wider Group Customer Services. The team is responsible for undertaking objective and impartial investigations into complaints relating to Housing and Property services. The team is committed to dealing with all complaints and enquiries quickly and effectively, and ensuring customer feedback is used to inform future service improvements.
The role of Apprentice will include:
•Providing administration support to the Case Resolution Team
•Managing the mailbox, signposting appropriately to other departments or individuals
•Drafting and printing complaint acknowledgement letters
•Arranging team meetings and booking travel and hotel accommodation
•Creating files for complaints on the shared drive
•Recording and updating learning outcomes on spreadsheets
•Processing compensation payments, ensuring they are accurate and done in a timely manner
