You will be working within the export department dealing with queries and completing and logging paperwork on the systems they use. The documents for exporting can be intense and therefore you will be supported in completing them, and be helped and mentored.

5 GCSE or equivalent desirable but not essential – you must have great attention to detail.
Progression onto your Level 3 in business administration and also possibly full time job role.

Working to deadlines and achieving them. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour from 1st April 2017. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
About the employer
Counterline Limited are looking to obtain business administration to help on reception, and help in their very busy office working on export documentation. They import and export products and employ over 160 staff. They have been established for many years and pride themselves on the customer service they give and also help support other organisations
You will be contacted by INTERSERVE LEARNING AND EMPLOYMENT who will invite you into an assessment centre, so that they can gauge your suitability.
Once confirmed you are successful then you will be interviewed by the employer.
Your training and development will be delivered by Interserve Learning and employment which will be the Level 2 Business Administration, and also functional skills.
You will be visited by and assessor over a 12 month period within your work place, and they will deliver the qualification to you.
