Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
As an Administration assistant your daily duties will include:
Answering the phone in a professional manner. Taking calls from all AMJ staff (account you will be administrator for).
Supporting AMJ account in relation to any requests completing within a quick time scale.
Ensuring all staff profiles/documents are sent across to AMJ as and when requested
To continually check supervision spreadsheet, ensuring all areas are in date. To discuss with AMJ Account manager any outstanding supervisions and to book in accordingly.
Checking with compliance if any training is due – chase staff.
Sending out text messages to confirm shifts.
Applying for references and providing support in making staff files compliant.
Updating webroster with new staff and their documentation
Booking shifts for staff members
Creating and taking ownership of new staff files
Requirements and prospects
Excellent time keeping
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Diplomatic and understanding due to the confidential nature of the role
Ability to work by self and as part of a wider team
Willing to travel to other geographical areas as part of event days/visits with the team
Willingness to learn and develop on the job and within the company
Grades C or above in Maths and English or equivalent are desirable.
Upon completion of the Intermediate Business Administration apprenticeship programme, you may be offered the opportunity to progress within the company.

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Amore Health Care will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
If successful, you will complete an Intermediate Business Administration apprenticeship programme delivered through Amore Health Care’s dedicated training provider, Interserve Learning & Employment.
