About the employer
Omnia Offices are part of the Omnia Property Group, which works across all areas of the property market including student accommodation, block management, commercial property and residential lettings. With this comes the stability, knowledge and experience to provide your ideal office and workspace solution.

Omnia was formed in 2004, with the business aim of providing flexible commercial workspace to companies and organisations nationwide – from 1-100 employees – choosing not to be tied down by standard leasehold agreements. Through steady, but assured, business growth over the last decade Omnia has evolved into a dynamic property management company working throughout England managing offices: leasehold, serviced, virtual and meeting and conference suites, industrial, retail, residential and student property.

Our property team is renowned for its ability to add value while exceeding expectations of property owners and occupiers. We manage a diverse portfolio of mixed use, commercial and residential properties. In addition to this, we have a specialist team who are adept in working with LPA receivers and banks in maximising the return from property assets in need of innovative solutions. Currently, Omnia manage property solutions across Yorkshire, the Midlands, North East and South East of England.

Across the group, Omnia are committed to delivering flexible solutions, value for money and the highest standards of customer service to our clients, whether they are landlords or tenants.

Quality and flexibility are key. We offer offices, office suites, other commercial and industrial workspace to suit the needs of a range of businesses, along with a growing portfolio of residential and student accommodation. Long and short tenures, leases and monthly agreements – even an office for just an hour. Whichever sector, you’ll find functional, well-designed workspace. Making it easier for businesses to concentrate on their core service or product.
