Blackstone Solicitors is a passionate law firm based in south Manchester and London, serving clients throughout the UK and across the world. You will form part of a crucial administration team that ensures the smooth running of the firm.
A normal day would include
Opening and sorting incoming post
Scanning of all incoming post and distribution to department managers
Management of paper copies of post
Management of outgoing post, including monitoring special deliveries, organising courier services
Assisting receptionist with management of stock levels of stationary and ordering replacement supplies as required
Meeting and greeting visitors
Taking cheques to the bank and post to the post office
Other administration tasks as required by the demands of the business

What you could go on to do:
There is the prospect of career progression for the successful applicant that excels in the role. Subject to business requirements a successful applicant could develop into a legal professional role or alternatively a PA/Office Manger role.

GCSE maths Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
GCSE English Grade B/5 or above (or equivalent)
