We’re looking for an out-going and personable individual that is ready to communicate and collaborate within different areas of the business and partners. Your role as the consultant will be to identify and secure job opportunities within organisations, attracting candidates and successfully placing them in those jobs in return for a fee. The role:

Once you begin, you will have a structured induction and training programme – Hunter will give you all the support and coaching you need to be successful. Weekly access to yoga/mindfulness/fitness events. Working in a vibrant, modern office with couches, a foosball table, games and books on hand to relax.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required;
  2. Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities.
  3. Source suitable vacancies in line with company policies and sales procedures.
  4. Handle and profitably develop client relationships.
  5. Establish and agree on terms and conditions of service.
  6. Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements.
  7. Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed authoritatively;
  8. Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies.
  9. Successfully place suitable candidates with clients.
  10. Understand and meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) – such as vacancies taken, calls made, interviews etc.

Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Mon-Fri.

 

1. Five GCSE grades C – A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English.

2. Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc.

3. Please note that applicants with the following will not be able to go on the level 3 Business Administration programme:

  • Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Business Administration
  • Level 3 BTEC Double Diploma in Business Administration
  • Level 3 BTEC Level 3 90 Credit Diploma in Business Administration
  1. Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and organise others.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the firm.
