Role Description:
Business Administration Apprentice is required to join our expanding team at Arrow Support Limited,

Duties will include:

To provide support, in an office environment, to the senior managers

taking telephone calls

making appointments

typing and filing and copying

To check rotas

audit mileage claims

audit timesheets

answer queries for support staff calling in for information

General Admin tasks

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Business Administration Qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by an Award Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Skills required:
Needs to be polite and organised. Needs to be able to cope with a busy environment and remain calm. Needs to be flexible to their appraoch to the tasks they are asked to do as these may vary depending on the needs of the managers and the business from time to time.

Calm, Organised, Good time keeping, Can do attitude.

None specific as full training will be given.

Candidates need to be aware that arrow support is a care company providing packages of care and support to vulnerable individuals. Some of these individuals have mental health problems or learning disability or a physical health problems that may affect their communication and/or their conduct when calling into the office
Important information:
Start date is subject to DBS check, which the company will pay for. Please note that there is a dog in the office. Please note you could be asked to interview earlier than date given, as we are looking to fulfil the positions as soon as possible.
