Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
Working within the finance team, the successful candidate will be reporting to the management accountant and will be responsible for basic administration functions.
Working on Sage software and internal CRM to help update and reconcile customer accounts
Basic profit and cost centre inputting
Finalising customer accounts and payments
General inbound and outbound calls and update customers on their payments
Updating systems where and when required
Responding to customers enquiries
Dealing with day to day duties within the administration role
Requirements and prospects
Attention to detail and accuracy
Continually checking work and balancing spreadsheets.

5 GCSE grades A-C, or equivalent qualifications, (including Maths and English) is essential
Upon completion of the L2 Apprenticeship, there will be the opportunity to progress onto a L3 qualification.
Things to consider
20 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays. No sick days allowed in the first year of employment. The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.05 for 21-24 year olds and £7.50 for anyone aged 25 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer, Scribble Media Marketing. Scribble Media Marketing will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day
If successful, you will complete a Business Administration apprenticeship programme delivered through Scribble Media Marketing’s dedicated training provider, Interserve Learning & Employment.
