Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily incoming and outgoing post
  • Provide support to colleagues on specific projects
  • Complete training and projects on time and to the required standards
  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Day-to-day use of Microsoft Office ‐ Outlook Express, Word and Excel ‐ CSV
  • Preparing and producing reports to enter an Excel document
  • Undertake a course of study and develop the skills and capabilities associated with the apprenticeship discipline
  • Develop a good understanding and knowledge of KCOM and TSO specifically; processes, systems, policies and procedures

Required Skills:

  • You should apply if you are a customer/client service individual interested in working closely with clients and developing your skills and career around customer and client relationship management
  • Under supervision, work closely with other team members to deliver team objectives
  • Understand and grow your own role in the team and work as an effective team member
  • Meet personal accountabilities and support others to meet theirs within the team

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject
  • And GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

Additional Information:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
