As a Business Administrator Apprentice you will be working for the largest childcare recruitment company in the UK. The office is based in Sevenoaks, Kent and you will be responsible for all aspects of business administration including:
Manage the candidates interview diary – including booking in candidates for interview and sending out the appropriate email correspondence
Respond to telephone queries professionally and effectively
Liaising with and supporting other members of the team
Maintaining branch Facebook and Twitter accounts
Our Apprentice needs to be someone who:
Wants to develop their skills and grow with the company.
May have worked in an office previously but this is not essential.
Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Can work in a flexible way and manage their own time.
Has the ability to rise to challenges where necessary.
Is smartly presented.
Personality is key as we are a small team who work closely together. The role is to start ASAP and the working week is Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm.
This is a full time position; 40 hour working week (Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm)
Please note: This vacancy is an apprenticeship and the salary for this position is £2.73.
Training will be provided both on the job through the nursery and off the job through Broaden HR Ltd t/a Tinies Training.
