The dynamic environment of our Business Services Organisation will provide ample opportunities to grow your skills as you support our varied process teams with all aspects of office administration.

Main responsibilities

Supporting the Business Services Organisation with all aspects of administration including:

  • Using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Outlook) to create and manage data in spreadsheets, create documents and presentations.
  • Setting up meetings in MS Outlook.
  • Supporting teams in meetings by taking notes/minutes.
  • Using office equipment such as printers and photocopiers
  • Data Entry.
  • Manage internal requests using Salesforce.com
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Project planning and control

The Business Services Organisation is a central service, supporting the Sales and Marketing functions of this large company.

There are many teams within BSO, offering exposure to a wide variety of business processes such as:

  • Pricing
  • Merchandising (Customer Incentive Plans)
  • Sales Incentives (Sales Incentive Plans)
  • Marketing and Admin Support
  • Sales Samples
  • Point of Sale data and Business Analytics
  • Customer Master Data
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Customer Service

You will be assigned to one team and supervisor who will support your development throughout the duration of the role, however, there will be opportunities to work across several processes, and the eager candidate can gain a wide variety of skills and experience.

9am – 5pm,

5 days per week,

35 hours per week [average week, will be confirmed with the employer]

£11,207 per annum
