Attenti Consulting is a leading executive search and interim leadership consultancy that specialises in the recruitment of senior-level interim staff within social care to a UK-wide range of public, private and voluntary organisations.

  • Sending correspondence to request Application Pack, Right to Work and DBS info
  • DBS – new applications and renewals – including submitting, obtaining certificate and updating DBS tracker
  • References – obtaining a minimum of 3 years for every candidate with no gaps
  • Right to Work including any other relevant documentation – Application Pack, DBS, Insurances, Right to Work, Practising Certificates, Qualifications, vendor documents/requirements
  • Extensions – DBS, Insurances, Right to Work, Practicing Certificates (HCPC), vendor documents/requirements
  • Online Checks – HCPC, DVLA, MOT, Company Registration Certificate
  • Insurances and Business Bank Account info including VAT
  • Candidate and Client Contracts
  • Resourcing and registering candidates: LinkedIn and internal database; this includes face to face registrations in the office where appropriate
  • Adverts: Writing and posting adverts to job sites
  • Timesheets: Inputting for temporary workers – submitting to online timesheet systems as necessary, checking and chasing approval of these including the internal timesheet report every Wednesday and escalating/chasing queries
  • Keeping submitted candidates up-to-date on relevant posts, or of posts that they may be interested in
  • Candidate submissions via vendors
  • Formatting CV’s
  • Submitting the Weekly Stats for the company activity to the nGAGE board every Monday
  • Answering and re-directing incoming calls
  • In the absence of the relevant Consultant, dealing with client and candidate queries by telephone which includes taking CV feedback from clients and re-directing this feedback to candidates – i.e. arranging interviews, arranging job offers, negotiating pay/charge rates.
