The company has been around over two decades and delivers multiple services including SEO, PPC content marketing and Design & Development for clients.

Working within this established Digital agency marketing organisation, you will be given the opportunity to display your organisational, management and planning skills.

This is a newly created role within the business, so you will be providing administrative support across the whole of the organisation, ensuring the smooth running of the office. This is a highly visible role in the business and the successful candidate will need to be comfortable managing multiple tasks at any one time and be an excellent communicator.

The role would suit someone looking to be an office manager in the future and being an integral cog in the efficient running of the business.

Main role / Responsibilities: [will include but not be limited to]:
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms
• Managing and maintaining the kitchen facilities ensuring that it is fully-stocked and well presented
• Manage and maintain facilities log and carry out weekly sweeps to ensure requirements are being met and the business is presented appropriately
• Assisting in the organisation and co-ordination of meetings and events
• Ensuring the timely delivery of post within the business
• Greeting guests and clients and being a key first point of contact
• Answering calls in an efficient and professional manner
• Working with HR on various well-being initiatives
• Provide support in arranging travel and accommodation
• On request administrative support across the whole business
• Offering feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements

Desired qualities, skills and knowledge:
• A good level of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email (Outlook)
• Organised and can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail
• Can do attitude and a willingness to learn, develop and progress
• Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks at any one time
• An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and the capacity to build relationships at all levels
• To be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Being First Aid trained would be ideal, but full training will be given

Desired qualification requirements:
The candidate will have at least 5 A to C GCSEs or equivalent (C or above)

Working week:
Monday to Friday,
9am – 5:30pm,
37.5 hours per week [all details will be confirmed with the employer]

Salary:
£10,000 per annum [depending on experience]
