Salary: £6,240 – £11,856 per annum
Our client provides consultancy, support and technical resource backfill to large corporations and public sectors organisations. They also provide a wide range of IT services to smaller businesses and home users.
The role involves providing quality 1st line (and later 2nd line) Windows PC and server product support to our clients business customers via telephone and desktop connection
Recording of new support cases on the CRM system
Carry out 1st line support (and possibly 2nd line) to meet Service Level Agreement as per customer’s support contract
Diagnosis and resolution of incidents
Manage open calls and where necessary chase
Perform and manage user administration for customers
• Clear, confident and approachable telephone manner and good written English skills
• Able to maintain professionalism at all times.

• Ability to think clearly, pay attention to details and maintain a cool, calm exterior in challenging situations
