Benefit is currently searching for amazing candidates to join our Head Office team on our new Apprenticeship programmes. We have recruited apprentices across a number of departments and roles during 2018 and, due to the success we have seen, are now searching for a further candidate to join us on a Level 4 programme, to enjoy a 2-year contract with the brand.
The role will be based within our Human Resources team and will allow the successful candidate to gain an overview of several functions of the department, providing a fast track overview of HR processes and how to effectively analyse its performance.

Assisting the HR Director and HR Manager in providing statistical HR information which is accurate and timely.
Collating and reviewing information to assist the team in analytical reporting, to increase the effectiveness of the team.
Please note that this role will be based at our Head Office in Chelmsford, Essex (and will be based specifically within the HR Department)
Producing weekly vacancy rate, labour turnover and applicant tracking reports to analyse recruitment performance.
Accurate data input to the payroll, HR system and any tracking documents.
Support the effective use of the company recruitment website, becoming the department expert in any template amendments and local site adjustments.
Submitting LVMH online headcount reporting and storing all relevant data in preparation for 6 monthly report submission
Updating, on approval from the HR Director, UK and Ireland organisational charts.
Supporting, where necessary, various HR functions to generate monthly performance and tracking reports
Assisting with monthly payroll processing including commission input, pension uploads and finance reports.
Producing Labour Turnover, Stability and Vacancy rate reports to monitor SDM performance against KPIs.
Preparing and submitting 6 monthly LVMH HR report submission, providing data to the group on behalf of the HR Director.
Supporting the HR Director in updating all FTE documentation and maintaining accuracy.

Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including an A in Maths. English & ICT at A*-C grade/grade 4 or above
A level, or equivalent, qualification in Maths or connected subject.
Data Analyst, Level 4 Modules
The successful candidate will be placed on a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification (equivalent standard to a foundation degree) lasting 18 months and will cover the following modules;
Data Gathering, Analysis, Cleansing, Excel 2016, SQL Workbench
Visualisations & Dashboards, Excel 2016, Tableau, PowerBi, Rapid Miner, R

BCS Data Analysis Concepts Exam
Dell EMC Data Science Associate Certificate
