Advanced Level Apprenticeship
Your role as a Childminding Assistant will include:
Looking after children
Carry out observations
Write up reports on the children
Assist with meal and sleep times
Working week will be Monday – Friday (Hours can be negotiated)

With this apprenticeship you will complete the following qualifications:
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Persons Workforce,
Functional Skills in Maths, English & ICT,
Employment Rights and Responsibilities,
Personal Learning & Thinking Skills.
You will be able to specialise in one of the following pathways – Early Years Educator, Children & Young People’s Social Care or Residential Childcare. All training will be delivered in the work place with no requirement for day release to college. You will be mentored by experienced members of staff while developing your skills to a nationally recognised industry standard.
