Remit are recruiting on behalf of a leading car dealership dedicated to providing customers with the best deals. Apprentices will receive on the job training and visits from Development Coaches every 4-6 weeks. It is also expected that 4-5 hours are spent studying in their own time. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will achieve a nationally recognised level 2 qualification as a Customer Service Practitioner whilst developing their skills through a practical role.
Remit are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor to handle inbound and outbound bookings for a highly successful Automotive Dealer Group within the UK. Your role will be to capture all enquiries into our booking system, make contact with the customer to fully qualify their leads and ultimately secure appointments for our dealerships.
You will have the ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations, build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, understand and apply customer service techniques and to focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty.
Weekend working rota applicable currently 2 in 4.
Starting salary of £15,000 with potential bonus earnings, plus pension, Life Cover, Friends and Family Car Purchase Scheme, 23 days holiday rising to 25 with service.
