The role is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of tasks including;
• Set up new customers within the delivery management system
• Data uploads to SAM portal
• Report extraction and delivery to customers
• Respond to customer requests via telephone, email & Helpdesk within contractual SLAs
• Work with external suppliers and internal departments
• Provide support to other team members as required
• Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritise where required.

The role will develop to become responsible for additional tasks including:
• Following defined asset management processes, engaging with other functional teams within Civica and our customers
• Track and provide accountability for IT Assets
• Provide accurate software license guidance (Software Requests, Software Upgrades, Change Control & Project Planning)
• Prepare software licensing impact assessment for business cases
• Proactive license agreement review and renewal optimisation
• Escalation to other members of SAM team as required
• Expert utilization of Snow License Manager, including management of records, upload of data and accurate production of reports
• Coordination and response to internal & external software licence audit requests
• Prepare and present Asset Management reports to customers
• Creation and update of asset management processes, procedures and enforcing policies.
