Are you a people person? Then this great opportunity to join The Broomfield Hospital as a Customer Service Assistant on a 12 months fixed term contract could be the perfect fit for you.
Your role will be based in Chelmsford where you will learn to deliver excellent customer service. You will receive ongoing support and development that will equip you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career within customer service.
If you are a successful candidate for this position, you will be trained to provide a positive and efficient service to the customer.
Some of your duties might involve:
Talk to a huge array of customers
Find the best service for the needs of the customer
Update the internal computer systems
Carry out general typing and administrations duties
File documents securely

Your training will be provided by learndirect one of the largest training organisations in the UK. They help train over 20,000 apprentices each year.
Requirements and prospects
You will need good communication skills
Good computer abilities
The ability to work in a team environment
It is useful for you to have a good knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word
You will be a polite, presentable and articulate individual.
You should be able to engage with clients and work to schedules
GCSE English and maths at grade C plus or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
When you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship you may be given the opportunity to continue in your role or progress onto an alternative support role within the company where you will receive full training and support.
